Returns & Exchanges

A.L.C. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
